That’s why we’ve shaped our way of working around one simple principle: clarity at every stage.
From the first conversation to the final day on site, we guide you through each step with care, experience, and attention to detail. We listen closely, we explain what matters, and we keep things moving so you always feel supported and in control.
Our process is divided into four key milestones. Each one is designed to make progress feel natural, decisions feel informed, and outcomes feel exciting.
Whether you’re planning a new home, extending a space you love, or starting something completely fresh, we’re here to make the journey smooth, collaborative, and rewarding — from day one to moving day.

Milestone 01 – Sketch & Budget
Stage 0-1 – Strategic Definition + Preparation & Brief
We begin with a survey and a clear conversation to understand your vision, your needs, and your “must-haves”.
Then we produce initial sketch options (in black and white) to illustrate potential layouts and spark discussion.
We also coordinate early cost advice by involving a Quantity Surveyor and a Structural Engineer, ensuring you have a clear sense of budget and feasibility.
Outcome: You get two tailored layout options and an early understanding of costs and structure.
Milestone 02 – Planning
Stage 2-3 – Concept Design + Spatial Coordination
Once a preferred layout is agreed, we transform the sketch into a concept design, checking its feasibility from every angle: functional, aesthetic, technical, and financial.
We then develop the proposal to submit for planning (if required), working with consultants like Structural Engineers or Planning Specialists when needed.
We take care of coordination and communication with local councils to ensure a smooth process.
Milestone 03 – Technical Design & Tender
Stage 4 A-B-C – Detail Design + Specifications + Tender
This is where things get real. We prepare detailed drawings and full specifications for construction — ready to send out to contractors.
We also work closely with you to finalise materials, fittings, and performance standards.
If needed, we can coordinate additional consultants (lighting, interiors, landscape…) and manage the tender process, obtaining competitive quotes.
Milestone 04 – Construction Support
Stage 5-6 – On-Site Operations + Handover
We stay by your side through the build.
We make regular site visits, answer questions, issue architectural instructions, and help resolve any variations or surprises that arise.
At the end, we support you with final inspections, the snagging list, and closing the contract with the Quantity Surveyor.
